Selection Process
ITP internships are
specially designed for talented Master students who are interested
in joining the ING Talent Programme (ITP) after they graduate. The
selection procedure for an ITP internship consists of the following
steps:
International / National
|
Step 1
|
ING will consider your
curriculum vitae, grades and motivation
letter. From the letter we’d like to know:
- Why you’re interested in financial services and
why in ING specifically
- About your motivation for wanting to do an
internship within one of the ITP tracks.
|
|
Step 2
|
If your written application
is considered positively, we’ll invite you for an online
assessment.
- You will do 3 different ability
tests.
- If you meet the minimum requirement, you’ll be
asked to fill in a personality questionnaire, which takes
about 45 minutes.
|
|
Step 3
|
After the test day you will
be invited for a selection interview.
- This interview usually takes place in Amsterdam,
as soon as the online assessment is completed.
|
|
Step 4
|
When the assignment is
abroad you will additionally go through an Assessment centre
hosted by an external agency.
